  • Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources like radiators, as they can damage the fibers.

• Storage:

  • Store your items folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging to prevent stretching.
  • To protect against moths, consider using lavender sachets or cedar blocks in your storage area.

• General Tips:

  • Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or fabric softeners, which can harm the delicate fibers.
  • Handle with care to prevent snags or pilling.

I must be able to resell the items as brand new and in perfect condition. All merchandise must be completely new and unworn, with all tags intact. All items must be free of loose hair, makeup, perfume, cigarette smoke, and other odors. Please remove your makeup before trying it on.

 Soft items can be returned in a padded envelope. Feel free to use the same envelope in which they were shipped or similar. Use whatever shipping method is easiest for you. (Royal Mail, UPS, etc) If your item was shipped in a box, please use the same box or similar so that it doesn't crush or bend.

Important: We do not offer free shipping on returns. However, we want to make returns as easy for you as possible. If you would like us to send you a postage-paid return label via email that you can print and tape to your package, please reply to your email order or delivery confirmation and request a return label. if you no longer have those email me at afinaum@gmail.com and request a return label.
